BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES OF EXTRACTS OF ANAMORPHOSIS MYCELIUM FROM Shiraia Bambusicola

The hypocrellin A content of ZHLS-03 mycelium was analyzed,and the free radical scavenging rate and antimicrobial activity of ZHLS-03 strain extracts were also researched.The antimicrobial activities of petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and methanol extracts were detected against Rhizoctonia solani,Pyricularia grisea,Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum,Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus with antimicrobial assay models,and the free radical scavenging activities against DPPH of petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts were also detected.The results showed that the content of mycelium hypocrellin A in the mucelium reached the highest value of 2.8029mg/g while cultured for 6 days.The bioactive tests showed that both methanol extract and N-butanol extract of mycelium had high inhibition activities and free radical scavenging activities.The Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum inhibitions ratio of methanol extract was 74.78%,and the diameter of Candida albicans inhibition ring was 20.69mm The DPPH free radical scavenging activity of N-butanol extract reached 93.24% at the measurement time of 15min.
