Research on surface plasmon resonance fiber optic biosensor packed by metal and wave guide film

This paper advanced a new kind of four layers fiber-optic SPR sensor which is packed by the core of high index of reflection core fiber optic,mental film,wave guide film,and sample in end section.The research shows that this sensor can realize the deilectric constance of sample,and compared with three layers fiber optic sensor,its attenuation peak is very narrow which means low loss and high precision.It is adaptd for the precise,sensitive and long-distance condition,and it is very important for the real-time measurement in immunoreactions of biomedicine and surface micrology.
