Research on Consumers' Image Space Perception Differences in Shopping Mall

The paper selects two large shopping malls in Cangshan Wanda and Baolong city squares of Fuzhou. With the help of urban imagery theory,through the classification of cognitive maps,we construct factors of large-scale shopping center image space perception and give each factor the most representative image space elements. The paper uses questionnaire survey and quantitative statistics to compare the spatial image perception of large shopping mall among different consumers. The conclusions contain three aspects:( 1) the image space of large shopping mall consists of five factors,such as infrastructure,service instruction facilities,landscape construction facilities,service function partition and nonphysical space,and each factor includes corresponding elements;( 2) mico spatial scale of large shopping mall has profound image;( 3) consumers' personal attributes affect their perception to large-scale shopping center image space factors.
