Research of Soxhlet Extract Technology in Extracting Parthenium hysterophorus

With extraction rate of the Parthenium hysterophorus crude extracts as index,the article studied effects of the four factors(extraction time,extraction power,solid-liquid ratio,ethanol volume fraction) on extraction efficiency,considering preferably obtained optimum extraction conditions. The results showed that the optimal conditions of Soxhlet extraction are extraction time 10 h,extraction rate 160 w,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶15(g·mL~(-1)),and ethanol volume fraction 80%.The optimum extraction process is stable,reasonable and feasible,which provides basis for the extract of Parthenium hysterophorus crude.
