Sacrifice and Renaissance between Teachers and Learners

The relationship between teachers and learners is the fundamental one among all the relationships in terms of school education. Its essential mission is to help develop learners to be independent as well as to meet the needs of the society eventually. However,the relationship used to be in a state of torsion:Under the framework of teacher\| centered approach,learners are subordinate to teachers,which results in the I-to-IT tie. Under the guidance of student-oriented approach,teachers and students are independent to each other,which leads to an estrangement between I and He. Now intersubjective teaching approach has developed the relationship into a I-to-YOU tie characterizedby equal dialogue between teachers and learners.
