Education and the Construction of Teachers'Moraity and Style in Colleges

The subjectivity education theory is on the way that our country forms and develops and disseminates,and has pushed forward character teaching. Under the background admitting and respecting of the student's subjective position and his inherent education requirements, teachers'accomplishment and style are faced with new challenges.The college should take this as a good opportunity,and consolidates subjectiving education consciousness, strengthens the construction of teacher's morality and style and constructs a loose and comfortable environment that gives birth to person.
