Computational Study on High-pressure Flow Rush to Intercept Air Mass in Water Pipe

Water hammer in long water pipe with air mass is much larger than normal water hammer.As such,this paper employs one-dimensional mathematical model of hydrodynamic control equation and characteristic line method to conduct numerical analysis on transient process occurring in high-pressure static flow's rush to intercept air mass as well as to discuss the impact of gas-liquid two-phase parameter on water hammer pressure.
