Research on Environmental Risk of Large Water Conservancy and Hydropower Project

HUANG Han-qiu(Guangxi Electric Power Industry Investigation Design and Research Institute,Nanning 530023)  
The environmental risk of water conservancy and hydropower project is analyzed based on fuzzy theory in this paper.On this basis,a mathematical model for optimizing developing scale which takes into account benefit,cost and environmental risk is established.Taking the Baise Hydro Complex for example,the environmental risk of the complex is discussed in order to build up a model of this kind for it.Through sensitive analysis on the result,the possibility of this model is proved.
