Research to SeveraI Issues of Flip and Collision Energy Dissipation of High(low) Bucket

Yuan Yueming(Kunming Hydroelectric Investigation, Design and Research Institute)  
ln accordance with the law of conservation of energy and the principle ofmomentum epuation,this paper deals with the location of collision point,the collisionangle,the distribution of discharge,the velocity and direction of afflux convergence,etc.in the arrangement of high(low)bucket of high dam and large discharge,so it can betaken as for reference to the initial data of test.
