The Application of Micro-Lecture to Practical Teaching of Fundamental Nursing

The paper probes into the application effect of micro-lecture in the practical teaching of fundamental nursing. Two classes of senior undergraduates majoring in nursing of Hetao College are chosen for research. One class with 50 students is the control group and the other class with 52 students is the experiment group. Traditional teaching methods are carried out in the control class. Apart from the traditional teaching, micro-lecture is conducted in the experiment class. The effectiveness of micro-lecture between two classes. It is shown that the average scores of skill assessment in the experiment class is apparently higher than that in the control class(p0.01), and the difference in questionnaire survey results is of significance according to the statistical analysis(p0.05). The micro-lecture enables students to learn actively and break through important and difficult points. Therefore, the application of micro-lecture stimulates students' interest in nursing learning and improves their practical skills. The remarkable effect of micro-lecture in fundamental nursing practical teaching brings about new ideas and methods for practical teaching of fundamental nursing.
