The Discussion of Female Promoting Constitution Statue in Chinese Neoteric and Modern Times

Women had been overlooked in the Chinese constitutional campaign history although they were an important part in the campaign. Women had taken part in the constitutional campaign since it emerged. They had fought hard for the equal suffrage with men in the Xinhe Revolution,in procedure of the establishment of constitution in the early 20th century in Hunan and the convene of National Conference and National Convention. Although they put forward their requirement form the view of female,they had promulgated some basic constitutional concepts such as election,equality and rights among people,especially the lower class. The article attempts to neaten women's effect in constitutional campaign in the Chinese neoteric and modern times.
