Overview of Monk's Diet in Guizhou during Ming and Qing Dynasties

Ming and Qing dynasties witnessed the heyday of Buddhism in Guizhou.A large number of monks worked as missionaries in Guizhou.The monks lived in this unique natural and geographical environment and their daily lives were affected by this environment,which was unique and rich in local flavor.Guizhou monk's diet c during Ming and Qing dynasties clearly reflects this.This article is a tentative study of their diet.
