Interfere Method Research of SPRITE Infrared Detector's MTF Measurement

Wen Gang, Zhang Baomin, Bai Lianfa(Nanjing University of Science & Technology, Nanjing 210094, China)  
This paper points out a method to measure the MTF of SPRITE infrared detector using Michaelson interferometer fringes. The intensity distribution of interferometer fringes has been analyzed.
