The Effect of Temperature and Emissivity on Radiance Illumination in IR Target Simulation System

Wang Luosheng (South Motive Power and Machinery Complex, Zhuzhou, 412002)  
Based on the blackbody radiation theory, the relationships among the detected radiance illumination, the temparature and the emissivity of target source were obtained in the wavebands of 3~5 μm. The effects of target source temperature and emissivity on the detected radiance illumination is discussed. The deviation of radiance illumination as functions of the deviations of target source temperature and emissivity is also given.
