Studies on the Interlaced Scanning Principle of IR Thermal Imaging Systems and the Derivation of the Interlaced Scanning Formula

This paper discusses in detail the scanning principle of infrared thermal imaging systems. dealing with both the opto-mechanical scanning and the electron beam scanning as well as their relationship. To meet the designing requirements, an interlaced formula has been derived. It is an important formula for selecting the scanning system and offers great convenience to overall design considerations.
