The Research on Infrared Eradiating Matching and the Design of Dryness of Soft Bottom Coat

Based on the analysis of the present design theory and its application on matching absorb,the design method of the best matching absorb is put forward.For the engineering background,the characteristics of hot air dryness of soft bottom coat are compared with infrared dryness.The excellencies and the difficulties and the questions to be solved are analyzed.The element exterior temperature which accord with the best matching is studied and made sure.The eradiating implements are scientifically arranged in order to satisfy the form of eradiating field.The simple low-cost design of control of temperature is done,and the structure and the parameter of protecting fascia fundus by catenating machine and heat are ascertained.Many results of saving energy、increasing productivity and improving quality of the product are obtained.The results can also have important reference to the design of other infrared saving energy dryness.
