Measurement of the Multi Parameter of Image Intensifiers

Principles of the measurements of monochromatic reflectance, spectral response and monochromatic photocurrent of photocathodes in the image intensifiers are expounded. The system for the measuring of multi parameter of photocathodes is presented. The system can measure the reflectance, spectral response and monochromatic photocurrent on line. The results are analyzed.
