Measurement of Energy Efficiency in Zhejiang Province and Its Influencing Factors

In this paper,the 11 prefecture-level cities' energy efficiency data of Zhejiang Province between 1995 and 2008 were measured by data envelopment analysis,and the economic interpretation was given according to the influence of the energy consumption of each industry to the change of energy efficiency.Then the influencing factors of the energy efficiency were ranked by gray relational analysis.It is indicated in this result that the leading factors of energy efficiency are the industry structure and marketization level.Relative policy and proposal were provided.
