Research and Application Progress of Molecular Imprinting Technology in Sensors

Molecular imprinting technology is a separation technology with high selectivity.The general preparation process is to pre-organize the target molecular and functional monomer by covalent or non-covalent bond,followed by polymerizing the pre-organized solution containing crosslinker.The preparation method has experienced the change from free radical polymerization,to suspension and emulsion polymerization,to living/controlling polymerization.The application form has experienced the change from bulk polymer,to microsphere,to molecular imprinting membrane.The application of molecular imprinting polymer and molecular imprinting membrane in sensor fields was summarized.
