On the basis of special information from updated satellite remote sensing data for natural gas hydrate such as sea surface temperature anomaly,sea air methane anomaly and special tectonic environments,and according to coupling relation between the known gas hydrate deposits and updated remote sensing data,a set of standards for recognition of international seafloor natural gas hydrate can be established to guide international explorations for ocean gas hydrate after careful analysis of integrated model and intertest of various methods.
