Morphological Classification of the Non-Hodgkin's Lymphomatic Leukemia Cell (A report of 110 cases)

120 patients with NHLL were treated in the recent 12 years.The morphology of the leukemia cell of the appraisable 110 cases was described in this paper. Accordingly these cells were divided into 6 types: (1)small lymphocytic type, (2) prolymphocytic type, (3) lymphoblastic type, (4) Immunoblastic type, (5) undifferentiated type and(6) nonidentified type.Sixty nine of the 86 cases(80.23%) died within one year after diagnosis of NHLL.Mainly lymphoblastic, immunoblastic and undifferentiated, and the patients with more than 50% leukemic cells in the perpheral blood and bone marrow.The authors investigated the relationship between survival rate and leukemic cell classification in NHLL.
