WANG Li fa, YU Yong fa (Department of Neurology ,The Second Clinical College,Harbin Medical University, Harbin 150086, China)
Objective To study the electrocardiographic characteristics of acute cerebral vessel disease (ACVD) complicated by false myocardial infarction(FMI) and the related mechanism of cerebrocardial syndrome. Methods According to the documents, the clinical data of twenty-four cases with ACVD complicated by FMI were retrospectively analyzed. Results In most cases, the ECG showed abnormal Q waves not accompanied by the raise of myocardial enzymes. Only a few cases' ECG were exactly like the ECG of MI accompanied by the raise of myocardial enzymes. We could distinguish between FMI and MI by the dynamical changes of QRS waves and myocardial enzymes. Conclusion The results show that symptoms of FMI occurring in ACVD patients are not typical. The prognoses are good due to early diagnosis and treatment.
