Changes of IP-10,ICAM-1 and cytokines after immunotolerance induced by dendritic cells in EAE rats

Objective To study the effect on the changes of clinical features,cytokines,T lymphocytes chemotactic factors(IP-10) and intercellular adhesion molecule in immunotolerance induced by dendritic cells(DCs) in EAE rats.Methods Two groups including the model of EAE and immunotolerance were established,and scoring method was used to evaluate the clinical features.The levels of cytokine,IP-10 and ICAM-1 in the culture supernatant of splenic DCs in two groups were detected by ELISA.Results There were significant decrease in TNF-α and IL-12 in immunotolerance group than those in EAE group;the expression of IP-10 and ICAM-1 in immunotolerance group was significantly lower than those in EAE group(P0.05).Conclusion The regulation of DCs on the immune responses and the lymphocytic proliferation can improve clinical features and can affect the level of endocrine of cytokines and chemotatic factors.It may play an important role in immunotoleroance of EAE.
