A Study of Rotation Errors in Phase-shifting Interferograms

A way was presented to correct a relative rotation error between phase-shifting interferograms. Due to environmental vibration,the relative rotation error between interferogams is comed from tiny relative rotation of image sensor to decrease the measure accuracy. One of the interferograms acted as the reference was compared from the others. The angle θ of relative rotation error is contrarotated in the phase-shifting interferometry algorithm to correct the relative error.
