Sequences and Homology Analysis of SSR from Corylus and Ostryopsis davidiana Decne

To study the sequences and homology of SSR from Corylus and Ostryopsis davidiana Decne,the PCR products was directly seqnenced using Sanger method and DNA sequence analyzer(Beckman 2000).Homology was analysed.The result showed SSR has highly homology among Corylus,Ostryopsis davidiana Decne and the primers of SSR could be used to analyze relatives.The cross-species amplification of SSR markers in hazelnut and Ostryopsis davidiana Decne has an important foundtion for SSR primers development.The phylogentic tree and the classic Corylus relative relationship are almost same which provided a molecular foundtion for delecting Corylus genetic relation.
