Simulation Analysis for Proportional Valve Controlled Cylinder Hydraulic System Based on AMESim

Focus on the performance of proportional valve controlled cylinder,by using AMESim simulation software,dynamic performance of the system was simulated.Starting by the control strategy,using genetic algorithm,the PID parameters affecting the hydraulic cylinder position accuracy were optimized.The simulation results show that the using the optimized parameters,system performance can be improved,and excellent results are achieved.
