Tuned front-end synthesis for optical receivers

To design high performance tuned optical receivers,a novel unified analytical method of tuned front-end of optical receiver was presented with field effect transistor and tuning network's equivalent models.This paper deduced the common expressions of several tuning networks about tuned frequency,gain response and equivalent input noise current.It's easy to use computer to optimize the optical receiver's configuration.With this method,the computer program was developed to investigate the performance of different inductance tuned optical receiver,and it's helpful to design tuned front-end of optical receivers.
