Studies on the Chemical Constituents From Stellaria Media (Ⅱ)

Aim To study the chemical constituents of Stellaria media(L.)Cyr.Methods The compounds were isolated by means of chromatography and the structures were determined on the basis of physico-chemical and spectral analysis.Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified as emodin(Ⅰ),physcion(Ⅱ),questin(Ⅲ),1-hexacosanol(Ⅳ),β-sitostero(Ⅴ),daucosterol(Ⅵ),kaempferol-3,7-O-α-L-dirhamnoside(Ⅶ).Conclusion Five compounds(Ⅰ～Ⅳ、Ⅶ)were isolated from Stellaria media for the first time.None of them were found in the genus Stellaria L.previously.
