Improvement of the Performance Evaluation Index System of the Military Hospital Funds Management

Combined with the hospital pilot experience,the authors put forward suggestions on the improvement of the performance evaluation index system of military hospital funds management from four aspects. First of all,the significance of performance evaluation should be fully understood,to ensure the correct direction of the evaluation. Secondly,the goal of the fund performance evaluation could be achieved by following the principle of orientation,importance,easy to get,and sensitivity. Third,the first level indicators and two level indicators should be scientifically established,and monitoring indicators should be put up to ensure that the fund performance evaluation orientation is clear. Finally,the selection of evaluation criteria should be proportionate,to ensure the objective and fair evaluation of the performance of funds.
