1.06μm High Power Laser Reflective Coatings

The technology of multilayer dielectric film with ZrO_2-SiO_2 has been researched further to improve laser damage resistance of reflectors. The reflective coatings and coatings for laser couples were developed. The energy density was held by them is 160J/cm~2 (laser pulse width is 1.2ms at=1.06μm), and the power density is 1.5 kW/cm~2 as well (repetition frequency is 20/s ). They can also withstand laser irradiation for 3 millions times, and cannot he damage even in overload test (laser irradiated 72000 time on the reflector with power density 16kW/cm~2)
