Application of Background Forecast in Detection and Acquisition the Aerial infrared Smalland Weak Targets

According to the features of infrared small and weak targets in the sky, after discussing the detecting and acquiring method to them, a new method called background forecast and its application foreground in this field was put forward in the paper. The result of computer imitation is applied also. This new method was transplanted to the DSP signal procession device and showed good result.
