The Temperature-field Optimal Design of Nd∶YAG Crystal Growth

The temp.-field requirements for crystal growth are put forward,the influence of temp.-field distribution shape on crystal growth and quality is analyzed.By optimal design and control of temp.-field,a suitable and repeatable tmep.-field has been achieved,and obtain good property Nd∶YAG crystal in this temp.-field condition.
