Study on Temperature Distribution Rule of Steel Plate with Inner Surface Defect Inspected by Single-sided Thermography

Based on two-dimensional heat conduction differential equation with its initial and boundary condition,the surface temperature distribution of steel plate which is heated on inspection surface,changing with the length and depth of defect,is analyzed by numerical analysis.In the range of infrared imager's precision,the feasibility of examining steel plate with defect in inner surface by single-sided thermography is discussed.
