Optimum Design for Beam Path of Infrared Collimator

To decrease the influence of infrared collimator to measure in the vibration environment,and improve structural design rationality of infrared collimator.The article applies ANSYS to analyze modal for infrared collimator which is made up of abaxial parabolic mirror and reflecting mirror,gets the frequency of the system and distortion of infrared collimator,brings forward the theory basis of improving structure of collimator,then puts forward a kind of optimize ray of infrared collimator.This ray not only can improve accuracy for infrared collimator in the vibration circumstance,but also can reduce capacity and weight of infrared collimator.
