Research on digital TDI implementation way based on windowing and high frame rate infrared FPA

Windowing is an important function of infrared focal plane array,and it can greatly improve the frame frequency of the detection system. The influence of high frame rate on the digital TDI detection system was theoretically analyzed,then the implementation way of high frame rate digital TDI was studied. The infrared imaging system based on domestic mid-wave infrared detector was established,and the imaging experiments of high frame rate digital TDI were carried out,which verifies the feasibility of high frame rate digital TDI implementation way.
