A Computer Testing Systeme for Grinding Temperature Controlling

This article puts forward a working principle of grinding temperature testing with asingle-chip microcontroller. It also supplies a designing method of the hardware and software. Thereare several advantages in using single-chip microcontroller, for example, high testing precision, directdisplay etc. When grinding temperature oversteps allowable value, the system is able to switch a redlamp on and give a warning to the operator. The article also presents a brand-new designing and manu-facturing method for joined forming sensor. With the sensor, grinding temperature testing will be mucheasier.
