The strategic interactive modes of national innovation policy in the global economy

Wang Bing-bing;Economics School,Jilin University;
In order to enhance the effect as well as expand the influence of national innovation policies,the mechanism of strategic interactive modes of national innovation policies among different countries is explored in the context of globalization. Three classic modes and four new modes are analyzed,indicating the fact that different interactive models predict different conclusions. At present,there is still a lack of specialized agencies that mediate among countries. Moreover,innovation policies are seldom involved in the strategic interactions between countries,making it difficult for innovation policies of different countries to work in conjunction.Therefore,we need to re-examine the national innovation policy from the perspective of global strategic interaction.
