Measurement of spatial energy distribution of laser beam by CCD matrix array

Zhang Chunyu, Wang Tingfu (Southwestern Institute of Technical Physics, Chengdu)  
This paper reports three dimensional measurement of pulse laser field profiles by matrix CGD and the automatic test results are given by combining the matrix GCD camera with graphic processor, computer and printer.
