Study on the kinetics of the coal smoke denitration catalysis reaction

The kinetics of the burning coal smoke denitration is studied with a fixed catalysis bed reactor under the conditions of continuous air flow.The experiment data are obtained with Cu-ce-la/ HZSM-5catalyst and Cuo/γ-Al2O3catalyst respectively.The total order is calculated as the second oen by means of the definite integral and linear figure method under both the normal and optimal reaction temperature.The oxygen-order is determined as the first-order with the oxygen concentration experiments.The rate constant of Cuo/γ-Al2O3catalyst is calculated under 450℃.
