MANUFACTURE OF FOUR KINDS OF CAN OF WILDLIFE VEGETABLE GROWN IN CHANGBAI MOUNTAIN

This paper describes the manufactural technology of can prpduction of four wildlife vegetables grown in Chaagbai Mountain, Jilin province. They are Heracleum barbalum Ledeb, pteridium aquilinum L. khn, Athyrium bre-vifrons Nakai ex kitag, Aralia mandshurica Rupr. et Maxim. It has obtained very good result by new technology of no-copper solution, dry loading can and rawmaterial with salt treatment In keeping green and crisp. The storage period of the product is over one year.
