STUDIES ON OPTIMAL FERTILIZATION AMOUNT FOR MILTING BARLEY

This paper describes the study on the proper feltilization of milting barley (Monex) by using optimal regression design and field plot eiperi-ment. The results show that the grain yield and yield of dry matter fit into quadratic equation curvilinear. It has calculated the nicdle amcunt of fertilizer application for economically optimal yield and maximum yield. The investigation indicates that fertilization acording to economically optimal amount lead up to the protein content of grain13%. It has gone beyond the standard that beer-making industry defines. After finding the nitrogen nutrition is a main fabtor that affects the quality of milting barley, it establishes a fertilization plan for both economical benefit and better grainquality.
