Effect of Phytase on Growth and Phosphorus Utilization of Broilers

DING Yi, HU Kui (College of Agronomy and Life Science, Southwest Agricultural University, Chongqing 400716, China)  
To study the effect of AsN1980 phytase on broiler growth performance and P utilization, a test was performed with 180 a day-old AA broiler chickens randomly divided into one control group and one trial group. The study showed that supplemental phytase promoted the growth of broilers and the ratio of feed to weight decreased about 0.233~0.256. It increased phosphorus utilization by 7.63%~8.27%. Each index of the trial group was superior to that of the control (P0.05).
