Study on the Method of Detecting Phytase Activity of Corn Grains

Orthogonal test method is used to study the best detection method of the phytase from transgenic corn grains.It was found that the optimum detection conditions are pH 5.5 buffer liquid at the concentration of substrate of 0.1 mmol/L and reacting for 30 minutes.
