BALB/c mice were immunized by the HCV core antigen C33(peptide with 33 amino acid) coupling with murineserum albumin, and two lines of monoclonal antibodies(2F9,3H3)with practical value were obtained by hibridoma technique. The reactions of the 2 McAb with the immunized antigen C33 as well as the core antigen CP10 were strong, but no reactivates with HCV NS3,NS5 and core protein CP9 were detectable,The 2 McAb inhibited anti HCV-IgG positive sera in competitive ELISA,They were used to the immunohistochemical research for the liver biopsy from patients with chronic hepatitis C,and the results were satisfac rory.
