Towards an Introspective Teaching and Observing Model

To develop teaching abilities, the university teachers should observe their teaching behaviorintrospectively. Common observing models attach great importance to the feedback between the thosee evaluate and thosebeing evaluated. The limitation of such model lies in the passiveness of the teachers'teaching ability, while the introspectiveobserving model will promote the teachers' teaching ability more actively.
