The cause of a strained relationship between the teachers and students in teaching is the lack of theprerequisite for communication and the ignorance of the needs of the students. The establishment of a rational teacher-and-student relationship requires a teacher to keep his or her own independence while avoid being autocratic. A good teachershould always keep in interactive contact with students and meet the different psychological demands of different studens.
