On the Plight and Improvement Path of Rural Teachers' Professional Training

Professionalization is the trend of the development of teacher training. It shows the professional training of trainers,the professional training of institutions and the professional training of activities. The rural teachers' development must rely on the teachers' professional training. There are many difficulties in rural teachers' training,the improvement path should be: establishing the ‘Rural humanism' value orientation in rural teacher 'training; building the professional rural teachers' training team; Strengthening the construction of county level teacher training institutions and rural teachers' training research.
