On analysis of management quantitative course teaching mode reform

With the deepening of modern management practice,quantitative analysis is used more and more in the management,promotes the development of quantitative analysis,which become a course with strong application.However,the traditional "spoon-feeding" makes the quantitative analysis for management courses teaching effect is not ideal,students have the fear,boredom.Through the reform of teaching,teaching content,teaching methods,assessment methods and teaching mode,find out a set of this teaching mode in teaching,arouse students' enthusiasm and interest,in order to make the curriculum to achieve good teaching effect,make the students really grasp the basic methods and skills of quantitative analysis according to the concrete problems,to establish the model of quantitative analysis,and to find a solution,solving practical problems.To change the current teaching situation,provide a reference for other teachers course teaching mode analysis innovation of quantitative management.
