Some thoughts on the management of foreign teachers

With the popularization process of China's reform and opening up and the internationalization of education idea,the number of foreign experts employed in universities is increasing year by year.Foreign experts as a special group of college teachers,combined with the actual situation of the school,how to do a good job in management of foreign experts in the framework of the national foreign policy,has become an important part of cooperation at the international work in universities.In this paper,combined with the specific conditions encountered in the work,talk about some thoughts on the management of foreign experts.
