In the new era,especially after the reform of college system,in order to improve the archives management level,our country in the light of archive management in Colleges and universities puts forward higher requirements.This paper mainly on modern university archives management work faces the new challenges and problems are discussed and analysed in detail,at the same time with his many years of college archives management work experience,combined with domestic and international reference point,statistical summary and put a number on the improvement of archives management countermeasures.
